Spicy Cilantro Lime Shrimp
I used a bag of small frozen shrimp (raw) that I de-thawed right before I cooked it. I put a little olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, threw in the shrimp along with about a tsp of chopped garlic (I used the kind in a jar), some torn cilantro leaves (a few tsp), about 1/8 cup lime juice (to taste), and 1 or 2 tablespoons of cholula hot sauce. Mixed it all together and cooked about 5 minutes until the shrimp was done. Poured the extra sauce over the shrimp, and voi la! I served mine with a squash blend. YUM!
