Help me not get evicted!!
Hello, my name is Allyson Lockwood. I am a 24 year old server at Applebee's. My boyfriend and I have lived together since October 2012, and have 2 dogs and 2 cats. My boyfriend had a really great job working for an older friend who owned his own business. Since the man my boyfriend, Chris, worked for was a friend, he was paid weekly "under the table" so there was no official payroll. Chris and his mother were also the only employees since the business was relatively small. Well about 3 weeks ago, his employer passed away suddenly outside of his home. He was older and was very sick, but we all thought he had a little more time, so it was a huge shock that he died just one hour after working with Chris and his mom. In the matter of seconds, we went from having two incomes to one, and my income alone isn't enough to support us. The total irony of our situation, is that the very next day, Chris was going to be paid for the week he had just worked (which was going to be enough to cover our rent), AND he and his mother were going to be written into Rick's (the employer who passed) will. Rick became very close with my boyfriend and his mother, and wanted them taken care of in the event of his death. It is just so ironic that they were all talking about writing a will the very next day, and the same day Rick passed away. We have since filed for unemployment, but because my boyfriend was able to get a job working for his brother a few days later, is no longer eligible to receive benefits. We have been selling random things on craigslist, just trying to make any extra money we can. I have been picking up extra shifts at work as often as I can, and Chris will be working overtime (12 hour shifts in a ZERO a/c warehouse in Arizona) just to make as much as we can. Unfortunately, since Chris didn't get paid before Rick passed away, we were unable to pay our rent in our apartment of almost 2 years. Our account has been turned over to the attorney's and the eviction process has started (that is what the pictures below show). Today is July 17, and we have court on July 22. If by July 22nd, we don't have $2,644.14 to give them, they will evict us from our home. We currently have $130 to our names, and we have to top up our M-Power box in the next couple days so we don't lose power. Just knowing that I have no options, is terrifying. I have never been one to ask people for help, but the idea of losing my home and potentially making renting anywhere else in the future practically impossible, is so scary. I am trying to be as positive as possible, but with no visible light nearing, I feel helpless unless I get a miracle. If you can help, I would greatly appreciate it. we are looking to raise $3000 in order to cover all the costs to the court and landlord, and to have a small cushion for next months rent. I truly believe in miracles, and I am hoping to receive one. God bless and thank you!!

Vision Boards
Dream it, envision it, see it, do it! Vision boards have helped so many people reach their goals and dreams. By seeing your dreams, it makes them more real, and in my opinion, easier to attain. The help turn "dreams" into "realities". These are my realities 12 months from now. I'm going all in to make these things happen!! P.S. I used picmonkey.com to create my board. LOVE that site for all things photo editing!

Review: Vegan Chocolate Shakeology
Oh ma gosh, this stuff is SO GOOD. Let me start off by saying I absolutely love regular Shakeology, but this stuff is just as good, if not better. It is a little creamier than original chocolate, but tastes about the same, to me anyways. I mixed mine in a blender, with 5-6 ice cubes and about 10 ounces of vanilla almond milk. I personally like to use vanilla almond milk in my shakes, because I feel it makes them taste a little more like dessert. This shake is so great for so many reasons, and I would be here all day if I told you ALL the things I love about it. Haha. But to keep it short, I LOVE how much energy it gives me, I LOVE that ALL the ingredients are NATURAL.. not a single ingredient is ARTIFICIAL, and boy is that hard to find in a delicious meal replacement shake. I love that I don't have to take a multi- vitamin, because there is my daily needed amount in the shake, PLUS I love that it has 70+ whole food ingredients in it. And did I mention it has been recommended by doctors and was clinically approved to help you lower bad cholesterol and blood sugar? HOLY AMAZINGNESS IN A GLASS BATMAN! If you haven't tried this stuff already, or are curious to learn more, click here to give it a try. I promise you'll love it!! :)

Summer Squat-A-Thon (So you look good in a thong)
Okay so do you want a better looking booty? Who doesn't, right?! I am one of those girls who has some junk in the trunk, but lately I feel like it's getting a little saggy and out of control. Hahaha. I want to do something simple, yet challenging, so I am doing the 30 day squat challenge. Basically every day, for 30 days, I will gradually be adding more and more squats until (hopefully) I end with a tight, firmer, and more lifted booty. I'm doing this challenge because I don't have any excuse as to why I can't. I don't need equipment, a program, or a gym to do a squat. I can do them while I'm watching t.v., so this challenge is perfect for people who find themselves making excuses as to why they can't workout, because this challenge ELIMINATES them. If you have to do 50 squats in a day, you can do 10 at a time, just as long as you get them done! I'm so pumped to get started on Monday, and I hope to be joined by as many others as possible! :)
Before your next soda, watch this video!
I have heard a lot of rumors that Coca-Cola could do a lot of cleaning things like rust removal or dissolving oil. I was skeptical and decided to do my own experiment. I have a metal bowl for my dog's drinking water that tends to get patches of rust. I have cleaned it many times with soap and water, and scrubbed, but the rust would never go away. And since it is my dog's water bowl, I didn't want to use any chemicals. So today I bought a can of Coke, and poured it on the rust and let it soak for about 5 minutes. I scrubbed a little bit, and was able to remove about 75% of the rust stain. Cool! But so gross to think about it being ingested. I REALLY don't want to be putting something in my body that can eat thru rust and oil, and who knows what else! So I urge you to watch this and think about this the next time you want to drink a soda, but especially a Coke.
